Cancelation & Refund

  1. Hello Zaair will follow supplier's (Airlines/ Properties/ Bus/ Tour operator etc.) policy for cancellation/ re-issue.
  2. For flight/ hotel/ tour, Hello Zaair will not charge any additional service fee.
  3. In case of refund/ re-issue, customer must confirm Hello Zaair 48 hours prior to travel date.
  4. For hotel/ flight/ tour, refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 5 working days depending on your payment method.
  5. For any kind of refund, convenience charge is non-refundable.
  6. For EMI method, EMI charge will be deducted which will be calculated on payable amount.
  7. For Pay in Cash, the refund amount will be sent to your preferred channel.


*In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.
